Once package has been scanned via mail courier service, your package is no longer under the responsibility of KKPuffs & More. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

Refund/Return policy

Due to all items being handmade and personalized all sales are final. Due to the nature of handmade products not one item will always be the exact same. All customs will ALWAYS be preapproved by customer before completion of order.
