Due to all items being handmade and personalized all sales are final. Due to the nature of handmade products not one item will always be the exact same. All customs will ALWAYS be preapproved by customer before completion of order. We do not accept returns or exchanges, if there is an error with your order please email kkpuffsandmore@gmail.com within 5 business days of receiving product.
