All order are processed within 10-14 Business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Please allow 3-5 additional days in transit for delivery. Once package has been scanned via mail courier service, your package is no longer under the responsibility of KKPuffs & More. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

Due to all items being handmade and personalized all sales are final. Due to the nature of handmade products not one item will always be the exact same. All customs will ALWAYS be preapproved by customer before completion of order.
